Neopost / Quadient IS290i Elite & IS290i Royal Mail Approved Blue Refilling & Re-setting Service

This low cost Neopost / Quadient IS290i Elite & IS290i refill service is for the IS290i Elite franking machine and IS290i franking machine.

The Neopost / Quadient IS290i Elite ink cartridge and IS290i ink cartridge uses a standard HP blue ink cartridge print head that Neopost / Quadient uses on their much higher capacity cartridges. The IS290i Elite & IS290i is programmed to stop working after 2500 impressions. This product uses Royal Mail Approved franking ink.

This unique service offers to reset your cartridge software to new factory settings and refill your Neopost / Quadient IS290i Elite & IS290i ink cartridge with either ROYAL MAIL APPROVED UK Red or Blue franking ink and return it to you within 48 hours. You can even refill you old red cartridge with blue ink!!

For our refill and reset service we will test the cartridge, ensure there is enough ink for another 2500 impressions and replace the chip with a factory reset chip. Once done, we will return it to you the next day, like a brand new cartridge, free of charge, complete with a dated test print.

As you are keeping your original ink cartridge we guarantee this will not invalidate your franking machines warranty / service agreement and that it will produce the same amount of franking impressions as a new cartridge purchased from Neopost / Quadient.

Each test involved thousands of envelopes of different types / colours to be franked on their respective franking machines and then sent through their high speed sorting machines to ensure good readability.

Standard 3 – 5 Working Day Delivery

Orders received before 4:00pm Monday – Thursday we will aim to deliver next working day. Orders received before 4:00pm Fridays we will aim to deliver the following Monday. Exceptional/Bulk Consignments

Depending on your total basket order, delivery charges may increase compared to the above and advertised postage charges. This is due to multi-consignment/overweight items and/or delivery locations. Occasionally we may need to requote your packaging cost if the delivery location and consignment size is outside of our current couriers capabilities, if this is case we will contact you to discuss and clarify.
